Check in details are sent to all guests the evening prior to your arrival date via email. We invite guests to check into our cabins any time after 3:00pm on the afternoon of your arrival date. Guests are not required to check in at our office, as we provide all information needed to access your accommodations via email messaging. If you have any questions, we are nearby and happy to help!
Guests are not required to check out with office staff. Please be sure to shut all windows, lock the main entrance, and shut the door snugly before departing. Safe travels and come again soon!
What's Included?
All cabin reservations at Adirondack Lake Cabins include the following:
Linens - All beds are made for your comfort
Towels - Bath towels, bath mats, wash cloths etc
Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.
Kitchens/Appliances - Dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cook top stove with oven, drip coffee pot, toaster etc.
Smart TV - Log into all of your favorite streaming services
Wi-Fi
Charcoal grills throughout property (charcoal & lighter fluid not provided)
Communal fire pits (firewood not provided)

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Payment

Deposit: A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Balance Due: The remaining balance of your reservation is due in full on your scheduled date of check-in.
Cancellations
Due to our limited availability, we strictly adhere to the following cancellation schedule:

14 Days or More: Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee.

Within 14 Days: Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are considered guaranteed bookings. At this stage, the guest remains obligated for the full duration and balance of the original reservation. The total balance of the stay will be automatically charged to the form of payment on file.

No-Shows & Early Departures: No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or departures made prior to your scheduled check-out date.
We strictly adhere to this policy to manage our limited availability. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip, as we are unable to make exceptions for weather, illness, or unexpected travel changes.
Pets

Dogs only; limited to one animal per reservation. All dogs must be listed on your reservation.

A $45 pet fee applies per stay.​ -
Dogs may not be left unattended in the cabin.

All Dogs are required to be listed on reservations

Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside.

Owners are responsible for picking up pet waste and disposing of it in appropriate garbage receptacles. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee.

Dogs should not disturb other guests. Excessive barking or disruptive behavior may result in a request to vacate the premises at the owner's expense. Fees are non-refundable in the event of disturbances.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Any costs incurred for repairs, professional cleaning, or restoration will be charged to the guest.
